Mary Paige’s path to becoming an attorney can be traced back to middle school, when her grandmother gifted her a collection of poems on justice and equality. Since then, Mary Paige has dedicated herself to championing the rights of others, seeking real-life justice for her clients in a variety of legal disputes.

Mary Paige specializes in Title IX campus sexual harassment and assault matters and domestic disputes, and she represents individuals in employment and personal injury litigation. Priding herself on personalized, attentive service and her innate ability to empathize with her clients, Mary Paige builds strong attorney-client relationships, which she believes are the foundation of effective representation.

Mary Paige graduated from the University of Georgia with a BA in Political Science and minors in Women’s Studies and Environmental Law. Following college, she gained valuable practical experience working in Human Resources before attending the Georgia State University College of Law.  During law school, Mary Paige immersed herself in various legal environments, holding positions at the State Bar of Georgia and a leading Atlanta employment law firm. In her free time, she offered legal assistance to indigent clients at the Atlanta Legal Aid Society and volunteered with Hands On Atlanta.

Committed to professional growth and community engagement, Mary Paige is an active member of the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and the Stonewall Bar Association.

Outside of work, Mary Paige enjoys spending time with friends, camping, playing tennis, visiting craft breweries, and being a member of Cornhole ATL. Mary Paige is a proud native of Cedartown, Georgia, but calls Brookhaven home.
